Blue Ridge Beverage Company, Inc., a leading distributor of beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages in Central and Southwest Virginia, is looking for a full time ACCOUNT MANAGER / SALESPERSON to help grow their business. Account Managers develop and maintain mutually beneficial business partnerships using all Blue Ridge Beverage product types and sales resources, with the primary intent of maximizing sales and profitability for the retailer and company alike. Successful salespeople continually meet and exceed retail expectations, as defined by the customer, centering on timely accurate orders, deliveries, product rotation, promotion programing execution, merchandising standards and correct inventory levels. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, monthly objective attainment, order development, cooler resets, execution/attainment of merchandising standards, quality rotation and overall customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining professional internal and external relationships, demonstrating integrity, interacting and collaborating with company employees at all levels in a respectful manner, leading by example, building trust, valuing others, communicating effectively, and demonstrating a sense of urgency in accomplishing goals and objectives. Flexibility to work nights and early mornings for training, team-building, and other circumstances is also required.
