As an Account Executive, Small City, you will own the full sales cycle for law enforcement agencies with 16–40 sworn officers, managing a larger, more complex set of accounts and building trusted, long-term customer relationships. This quota-carrying role offers significant commission upside and is designed for sales professionals with proven closing experience ready to increase deal size, responsibility, and impact. Your work directly supports law enforcement agencies by helping them adopt Axon’s technology to protect officers, strengthen communities, and save lives.
