About The Position

This position will perform mid-level and advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Polaris, Kawasaki & Honda ATV’s & SXS’s as well as Cub Cadet Lawn Mowers. Inspect and identify mechanical defects. Be able to perform electrical diagnostics. Be able to read & understand a wiring diagram. Be able to rebuild engines, transmissions & clutches. Be able to perform basic maintenance: such as; oil changes, transmission services, filter replacements, throttle body & carburetor cleaning & adjustments, drive shaft replacements, brake repairs & drive belt replacements. Must be able to operate power tools, special tools, forklifts, torches, welders etc. Must be able to type up a full detailed description of what repairs were completed and note any other issues found to let the customer know of any other issues found and need addressed. Good communication skills are a must! Maintain a clean & safe work environment. Complete all required hands-on training and online training modules to get certified in all brands.

Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience in Computer/I-Pad navigation
3 Years experience in small engine/off road
Work a 40 HR work week
Must be 21 Years of Age
Possess advanced mechanical knowledge

Nice To Haves

ATV/SXS experience is preferred

Responsibilities
