The Small Engines Parts Associate is responsible for providing excellent service to our customers. They will also stock, sell and order various small engine parts. This role involves processing special orders, assisting customers with warranty claims, and communicating with manufacturers and vendors. The associate will also be responsible for ordering, receiving, and maintaining small engine parts stock levels, utilizing computer systems for customer work orders, and filing warranty claims in a timely manner. Additionally, the role includes assisting customers with loading and unloading products, contacting customers regarding work completion dates, processing customer payments, and demonstrating awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies.
