About The Position
We are an established Canadian facility, maintenance company providing a variety of services to large retail and commercial businesses nationally. The purpose of the Mechanical Services Department is to ensure superior customer service for all equipment by running an efficient operation of mechanical services to our equipment in accordance with company quality standards, programs and procedures. This role is a Field Service Technician responsible for carrying out all floor cleaning equipment repairs and maintaining an efficient preventative maintenance program required by the Corporation to ensure excellent quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Excellent technical skills/mechanically inclined.
- Detail oriented.

Responsibilities
- Onsite repairs of floor cleaning equipment.
- Maintain a preventive maintenance program.
- Manage inventory of parts in the vehicle.
- Resolve work problems and recommend work measures to improve productivity.
- Ensure that standards for safe working conditions are observed at all times.
