The Small Business Support Specialist provides high-quality client service, operational execution, and lending support to Small Business Relationship Managers and their assigned small business portfolios. The role generally supports clients with annual revenues between $500,000 and $2.5 million, typically not exceeding $5 million, by coordinating account servicing, loan administration, documentation, onboarding, renewals, and issue resolution. It reports to the National Small Business Support Specialist Leader. The position also requires compliance with the U.S. Bank Code of Ethics and applicable anti-money laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, information security, suspicious activity reporting, account opening, lending, documentation, and regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures. The specialist participates in required training and may perform other duties as assigned.
