As a Small Business Relationship Manager, you'll serve as the primary contact for small business members and prospects, developing new relationships and deepening existing ones across deposits, lending, and cash management. You'll proactively build a pipeline through cold calling, in-person prospecting, networking, and referral partnerships. You'll also assess credit needs, Small Business Administration (SBA) program eligibility, and coordinate with underwriters to structure loan requests. Additionally, you will serve as point of contact for branches, to onboard accounts, resolve issues, and deliver an excellent experience while expanding awareness and driving growth in the community.
