Small Business Operations Specialist I
About The Position
To evaluate and process basic business lending applications submitted through the Navy Federal Secure Document Upload portal. Research and gather supporting data and loan documentation to create opportunities for business credit cards, loans and lines of credit for lending requests up to $50,000. Ensure loan and credit card applications are complete and in compliance with federal and NCUA rules and regulations as well as Navy Federal policies and procedures. Assist Business Loan Processor II and III with members and other staff regarding online business loan processing.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.
- Ability to evaluate and process basic business lending applications.
- Ability to research and gather supporting data and loan documentation.
- Knowledge of federal and NCUA rules and regulations.
- Knowledge of Navy Federal policies and procedures.
- Ability to assist with online business loan processing.
