About The Position

This role involves loading outbound trucks and unloading incoming trucks. Responsibilities include loading and unloading a Vacuum Cooler on designated days, and loading and unloading containers when necessary. The position also requires organizing empty pallets and containers, and grading mushrooms for size and quality when needed.

• Experience loading and unloading trucks for at least 6 months.
• Experience wrapping pallets for at least 6 months.
• Computer skills.
• Mushroom knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Check each pallet, whether loaded or unloaded, ensuring items are counted correctly.
• Wrap pallets when not loaded, using different items in the correct way.
• Count and double-check all incoming and outgoing pallets.
• Write in English on loading sheets while loading trucks.
• Check pallet labels and load sheets against customer packages to ensure no discrepancies.
• Know the load settings and the total number of pallets before starting to load.
• Ensure the load is ready for the road.
• Be flexible with work hours and able to stay overtime when necessary.
• Learn to use computers to weigh pallets and load trucks.
