About The Position
This is an Inpatient/Outpatient SLP position in an Acute Care Hospital setting. The role involves a hybrid schedule with both inpatient and outpatient duties. Typically, the SLP will see 1-3 adult outpatient cases per day, with the remainder of the caseload being acute hospital patients. The ability to independently perform Modified Barium Swallow Studies is required. The position requires 3 years of experience, and the candidate must be independent. First-time travelers are considered. A local radius of 50 miles is in effect.
Requirements
- 3 Years of experience
- Must be independent
- BLS certification
- CCC-SLP certification
- State License
- Ability to independently perform Modified Barium Swallow Studies
Responsibilities
- Perform inpatient and outpatient Speech-Language Pathology services.
- See 1-3 adult outpatient cases per day.
- Provide acute hospital care.
