The Slot Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance on slot machines, diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electronic problems, and replacing faulty parts. This role also involves testing machines to ensure proper functioning, keeping accurate records of repairs, and collaborating with casino staff. Additionally, the Slot Technician is expected to provide excellent customer service, handle guest complaints, and maintain positive guest relationships. The position requires a flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and holidays, as business operations demand. The working environment is primarily indoors with controlled temperatures, with occasional exposure to outdoor climates. Physical demands include occasional standing, walking, kneeling, reaching, pulling, pushing, and lifting up to 25 pounds, as well as frequent sitting with repetitive arm, hand, and finger movements. Speech and vision abilities are required.
