About The Position
The Point Casino & Hotel is looking for a motivated Slot Technician to join our Casino Floor team. In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping our slot machines operating smoothly and ensuring a top-tier guest experience.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and graveyard shifts
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a related industry
- Basic computer knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming License
Nice To Haves
- Background in maintenance or repair of electronic devices preferred
- Previous experience working in a casino environment
Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair slot machines in a time-sensitive environment
- Perform preventative maintenance and recommend follow-up actions when needed
- Monitor equipment performance to identify hazards, malfunctions, or the need for adjustments or replacements
- Use computer systems to diagnose issues and document work performed
- Stay open to learning new skill sets and growing into promotional opportunities
