About The Position

Supports the excitement on the gaming floor by assisting with new slot machine installs, software upgrades, theme conversions and slot machine moves. Assists with jackpot wins by ensuring slot machine integrity. Performs preventative maintenance on machines and casino equipment to ensure the integrity and proper functionality of casino equipment. Responsible for documenting, reporting and sharing information. Ensure the cleanness of their working areas and the gaming floor. Ensure prompt and discreet notification to appropriate management of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

A Secondary School diploma or comparable combination of equivalent working experience and education with a background in electronics.
1+ years’ hands on working experience in a Slot Operations or Electronics area.
Working knowledge of computer software packages and the ability to troubleshoot electronic equipment.
Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
Able to take initiative to recommend projects, product improvements.
An ability to work in a physically demanding area and be familiar with a high-volume, fast paced, shift work environment.
