Slot Technician Supervisor
About The Position
Supervise the performance, personnel and overall operations of all slot department maintenance and related functions. Adheres to all company policies and carries out the management instructions. Maintains clear and open communication upward, downward and laterally. Assists in the development of departmental work standards. Evaluates operating procedures recommends changes and assists in implementing approved changes. Maintains “Material Safety Data Sheet” log on all chemicals used within the Slot Department. Responsible for ensuring all Slot Technicians are trained, updated, and following safety procedures properly. Thoroughly familiar with OSHA safety codes to ensure a safe work environment. Maintains files for invoices and related expenses for slot maintenance. Trains, coaches and evaluates slot technicians. Possess a good working knowledge of computers so as to maintain a database of all slot equipment and related information. Must be proficient in Computer Aided Design to do slot floor layout as requested by upper management with a working knowledge of Casino Data System (CDS).
Requirements
- 2-3 years experience as a slot technician or similar field.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of computers.
- Proficient in Computer Aided Design.
- Working knowledge of Casino Data System (CDS).
