About The Position

Performs maintenance and repairs to slot machines, signage, table games equipment and associated equipment. Responsible for machine moves, game configurations and game conversions. Maintains general appearance of all slot operations equipment and an organized slot shop. Assist and do what you and your department can to create a fun, exciting entertainment experience for our guests and engaging, inclusive, supportive work environment for our team members.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 3 years' experience in Slot Performance
  • Knowledge of basic electronics
  • Knowledge of electronic test equipment, electronic repairs, and module replacement
  • Strong Knowledge of slot machine and table games equipment
  • Working knowledge of the Gaming Industry laws and regulations
  • Working knowledge of game set up, optioning and software installation
  • Basic computer skills with experience in word processing, databases, and spreadsheets
  • Basic organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Guest service, interpersonal and teamwork skills necessary to maintain quality service delivery
  • Accurate and detail-oriented
  • Basic problem-solving skills
  • Maintain high confidentiality
  • Independently manage multiple tasks in a professional manner
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work cooperatively with all departments
  • Ability to manage extensive amounts of paperwork
  • Ability to operate most office equipment (computer, fax, copier, etc)
  • At least 21 years of age

  • Experience working with a Tribally run casino and/or resort preferred

Responsibilities

  • Performs maintenance and repair of slot machines on gaming floor.
  • Updates gaming machine maintenance records.
  • Installs/removes gaming machines and related equipment.
  • Performs game history on all slot cabinets.
  • Assists slot team members with testing slot machines.
  • Helps guests with machine malfunctions.
  • Performs maintenance and minor repair of table games equipment and other technical/electronic equipment as needed.
  • Performs preventative maintenance on all gaming equipment.
  • Keeps Slot Performance Management informed of pertinent issues and problems.
  • Safeguards entrusted money, keys and property assigned to them.
  • Must successfully complete the LRCR Anti-Money Laundering (AML) training and Title 31 training prior to performing job duties.
  • Must satisfactorily complete all training assigned by the Resort.
  • Must adhere to the safety rules and regulations of the Little River Casino Resort and of the Gaming Operations department.
  • Must be aware of and adhere to emergency and evacuation procedures.
  • Must be aware of and adhere to the Resorts Health & Safety Program.
  • Other duties as assigned.
