About The Position

Responsible for the maintenance of all Slots. This role involves providing excellent guest service, performing maintenance on Slot Machines, handling temporary and permanent removal of funds from slots, checking Slot machines for fraudulent activity, replacing chips, logic boards, and currency acceptors, and maintaining slot-related signage. The position also requires maintaining inventory logs for all Slot department parts and logs detailing the receipt and/or return of all Slot Department items.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• 1 or more years related experience and/or training or combination of education and experience
• Must be able to communicate in English
• Able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 mile, climbing stairs and sitting at a desk/work station for the duration of the shift
• Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis
• Sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone
