This role involves monitoring the operation of slot machines, participating in manual jackpot payouts, and supervising slot attendants. The Slot Supervisor is responsible for troubleshooting issues with sports wagering kiosks, promoting positive guest relations by being knowledgeable about property amenities and promotions, and understanding company internal controls, policies, and procedures. This position assists the Slot Shift Manager on a daily basis, protects company assets, and ensures compliance with Title 31 regulations, including managing Multiple Transaction Logs, Currency Transaction Reports, Suspicious Activity Reports, and W2Gs. The supervisor also assists in training employees, enforcing regulations, and utilizing casino management system computer functions for tasks like issuing reward cards, redeeming points, and providing complimentaries. Additionally, the role requires the ability to assist Marine and Security departments during emergencies and to provide service that reflects the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation, and Recognition (S.T.A.R.). A critical responsibility is the immediate reporting of any internal control or state regulation violations related to gaming activity to the on-site IGC Agent, Security, and Supervisor on Duty, in accordance with the company's Self-Reporting Policy. Miscellaneous duties are also performed as assigned.
