About The Position
The Slot Shift Manager supervises the overall operations and controls of slot machines. This role involves assisting with the training and supervision of slot department personnel. The Slot Shift Manager also acts as a Casino Compliance Officer, responsible for monitoring assigned aspects of casino accounting operations to ensure compliance with regulations of the Casino Control Commission and the company’s internal controls. Additionally, the role involves promoting positive public relations and performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of two (2) years of appropriate experience.
- Must satisfy requirements for licensure as a Slot Mechanic in both electromechanical and electronic-mechanical slot machines or satisfy requirements for completion and certification in a Slot Shift Management or Slot Department management course.
- Strong organizational, planning and supervisory skills.
