Slot Manager
About The Position
Responsible for the overall management and performance of the Slot department. Oversee Slot Operations to ensure proper procedures are being followed in accordance with company policy. Submit Internal Control revisions to streamline Slot Operations. Maintain knowledge of competitive Slot practice. Evaluate and participate in the approval of customer credit. Assists the Director of Slots in preparation of the departmental budget, and performs the duties of the Director of Slots in his/her absence. Performs slot department performance analyses, operations analyses, and other related functions.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in gaming, with a concentration in slots, preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years of related management experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, hire, schedule, train, evaluate, coach, counsel, and terminate Slot Department personnel.
- Resolve customer disputes arising in the Slot Department.
- Utilize professional human relationship skills to select, develop and motivate staff.
