The Slot Electronic Repair Technician is responsible for performing repairs as needed on slot machines and related gaming equipment. This role involves coordinating with Slot Operations staff to ensure maximum operating efficiency and that all slot machines on the casino floor are operating according to company standards. The technician will rebuild parts/equipment during downtime, maintain parts inventory, and circulate through assigned areas performing repairs. A key aspect of the role is ensuring all slot/storage areas are cleaned and organized, and prioritizing workload to meet business demands. The position also includes performing preventative maintenance, modifications, and relocation of slot machines and peripheral devices, while observing all CCC/DGE and company policies and procedures. The technician is responsible for the security of keys and all issued tools and equipment, and must complete all regulatory/operational documents thoroughly and legibly. Essential functions include exposure to casino environmental factors such as secondhand smoke, excessive noise, and stress, and the ability to stand for an entire shift, move throughout the Casino/Hotel areas, and work holidays, weekends, flexible shifts, and/or unusual hours. The role requires the ability to lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs.
