About The Position

This role involves developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and employees, performing minor machine maintenance, completing documentation for cash transactions and payouts, communicating via two-way radio, ensuring the security of company property and funds, maintaining the safety and cleanliness of assigned areas, managing key controls, and paying out jackpot winnings to customers while completing necessary paperwork. Requirements

• Ability to develop, apply, and maintain a friendly and courteous rapport with customers and employees
• Ability to perform minor machine maintenance, such as lock and unlock machine doors, clearing jams, replenishing paper, and resetting machines
• Ability to complete written department forms to document cash transactions, jackpot payouts, etc. in an accurate, legible manner
• Ability to carry and effectively communicate by two-way radio
• Ability to conduct slot floor activities to ensure protection of company property and funds; and maintain the safety and cleanliness of assigned areas
• Ability to maintain secure key controls at all times
• Ability to pay and/or verify jackpot winnings to customers and complete required written documentation
