About The Position

You will monitor production quality, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in our comprehensive training program while contributing to sustainable packaging solutions.

Requirements

• Ability to work 8 or 10 hour shifts and lift up to 50 pounds
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
• 1-3 years of plastic extrusion experience
• Basic computer knowledge
• Previous manufacturing experience

Responsibilities

• Performs duties in a manner that adheres to safety policies and procedures.
• Slitting down master rolls into smaller sizes, rolls
• Rewinding of questionable materials
• Meeting quality expectations
• Maintain good interaction and teamwork with supervisor and co-workers
