About The Position

Join Millennium Print Group as a Slitter Operator! We’re looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to support slitter operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you’ll operate production equipment, support quality inspections, and work closely with a team to ensure products meet customer and company standards.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or machine operation experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Basic computer and MIS system proficiency
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to perform basic math calculations

Nice To Haves

Experience in an ISO 9001 environment is a plus

Responsibilities

Operate slitter equipment to produce high-quality card products
Review production schedules and job specifications prior to production runs
Set up jobs and make machine adjustments to support production efficiency
Inspect product samples and maintain quality standards throughout production
Troubleshoot basic mechanical and operational issues
Record production data, downtime, and shift information accurately
Communicate effectively with team members and leadership during shift transitions
Maintain compliance with safety standards, ISO requirements, and company procedures
