About The Position
Join Millennium Print Group as a Slitter Line Lead! We're looking for a Slitter Line Lead to join our Manufacturing team in Morrisville, NC. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 4+ years of manufacturing experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coach and develop team members.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and manufacturing information systems (MIS).
Nice To Haves
- Previous Lead or team leadership experience preferred.
- Experience in an ISO 9001 manufacturing environment is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily slitter production operations while supporting safety, quality, and productivity goals.
- Mentor and train production associates while providing daily guidance and technical support.
- Review production schedules and job specifications to ensure efficient workflow.
- Assist operators in troubleshooting production issues and minimizing downtime.
- Coordinate with Quality, Training, Maintenance, and Production leadership to maintain operational excellence.
- Monitor production performance and communicate shift priorities and operational updates.
- Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, ISO, and security standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
