This role is for an Overnight Slicing Support Operator in the Fresh Kitchen. The operator will be responsible for assembling and disassembling equipment, operating all slicing equipment, and practicing strict sanitation and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to ensure food-safe products. Key duties include calculating bin requirements, accurately weighing, filling, and folding products, labeling, and maintaining accurate inventory of bulk product. The operator will also document equipment inspections, report unsafe conditions or damage, and complete all required paperwork. Assisting other operators with daily production, including operating slicing equipment and labeling product bins, is also a part of the role. Effective communication with other support areas regarding production needs is essential, along with performing other assigned duties.
