About The Position

This position requires coverage for all jobs in the department, which include general production and operator positions, for openings, absences, vacations, and LOAs. Positions may be responsible for running machinery, packing, sanitizing, receiving, or shipping of products, making boxes, and good housekeeping practices. The work shift is the 1st shift, Monday - Friday with possible Saturdays. This role is eligible for relocation assistance and referral payout.

Requirements

Must be willing to repeatedly push, pull, lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to grip with hands.
Must be able to properly complete the paperwork associated with the position(s) assigned.
Must be available to work overtime and weekends when required.
Must be willing to accommodate shift start time changes.
Must be willing to work in an environment with the sight and smell of meat products or any other product present when processing meat such as blood, fat, bone, skin, and spices.
Must be willing to obtain license to operate forklift.
Must be willing to obtain license for LOTO.
Must have been in current position 6 months, for lateral or demotion.
Must have less than 4 points - no written warnings in the past 6 months and no suspensions in the last 12 months.
