About The Position

At Daybreak, the Sleep Test Specialist helps patients who have received sleep tests complete them as quickly and easily as possible. The role combines administrative precision with a performance-driven approach, with patient conversion and completion metrics closely tracked. The specialist helps optimize the patient experience and uses creative strategies to encourage timely test completion, while collaborating with internal teams to refine processes and deliver measurable results.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a customer service, administrative, or engagement-focused role.
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals, particularly in metrics-driven environments.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to deliver clear, empathetic, and persuasive messaging.
Organizational and detail-oriented skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, follow up diligently, and maintain accurate records.
Proactive problem-solving skills and initiative in identifying obstacles and working toward solutions.
Comfort navigating CRM systems, patient management tools, and basic reporting software.

Nice To Haves

Healthcare or direct-to-consumer (DTC) experience.
A bachelor's degree; relevant experience may substitute.
Experience with Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Communicate with patients by phone, email, and SMS to provide guidance, answer questions, and address obstacles to completing sleep tests.
Develop and implement strategies to encourage patients to complete their tests soon after receiving them.
Monitor patient progress, track completion metrics, and identify trends to refine engagement strategies.
Provide administrative support, including data entry, appointment scheduling, and documentation of patient interactions.
Collaborate with support, clinical, and marketing teams to align messaging and improve the patient journey.
Gather patient feedback and suggest improvements to the sleep test process to enhance completion rates.
