About The Position

Neurocare is seeking Sleep Technologists to join their team at Tufts Medical Center in Boston. This role involves working directly with patients to obtain high-quality polysomnographic recordings for the diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders. Neurocare offers flexible scheduling options including full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities, with potential for extra earning opportunities and overtime. The position provides a chance to gain experience across various labs, patient populations, and study types within a growing sleep medicine organization.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED
• 1+ year of Sleep Technologist experience
• Current CPR certification
• Dependable, professional and patient-focused
• Comfortable working independently in an overnight environment
• Must be able to meet Tufts Medical Center onboarding requirements, including a hospital 10-panel drug screen that includes marijuana

Nice To Haves

• RPSGT or CPSGT preferred
• Sleep study scoring experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform overnight polysomnographic studies
• Obtain high-quality, artifact-free PSG recordings
• Monitor two patients during overnight testing
• Perform PAP titrations
• Calibrate and troubleshoot sleep equipment
• Provide excellent patient care, education and reassurance throughout the study
• Accurately document study events and observations
• Work collaboratively with our clinical and technical teams
