About The Position

Neurocare's AASM-accredited Sleep Technologist Training Program offers a unique opportunity to earn while you learn, with no prior experience required. This five-week paid training program includes two weeks of classroom instruction and hands-on shadowing, followed by three weeks of overnight mentoring alongside experienced technologists. Upon successful completion, full-time Sleep Technologist positions are available in Boston, Newton, Needham, or Concord, working three nights per week. The starting pay is $23/hour, increasing to $28/hour upon registration.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Customer service experience
• Strong technology and computer skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently
• Desire to provide exceptional patient care

Nice To Haves

• Experience in patient care or a medical environment
• CPR certification
• Experience working overnight shifts

Responsibilities

• Participate in classroom instruction and hands-on shadowing.
• Engage in overnight mentoring alongside experienced technologists.
• Perform duties as a full-time Sleep Technologist (3 nights/week) upon successful completion of training.
