Sleep/Oxygen Clinician - Registered Respiratory Therapist
About The Position
We are very excited to have just opened our newest Careica Health location in Lethbridge! The clinic has been built ground-up for our needs and is in a beautiful location on the west side of Old Man River. There is designated, free parking for our staff and clients with many surrounding amenities. We have assembled an amazing team and just need the right RRT to complete it! Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of Respiratory Therapy (Registered with CRTA)
- An eagerness to embrace Careica Health's coveted culture and live our purpose and values each and every day
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the sleep field preferred (however, extensive training will be provided)
Responsibilities
- Providing in-clinic sleep testing/treatment.
- Providing in-home oxygen services to clients in Lethbridge and the surrounding areas.
- Educating and equipping clients with the tools they need for sleep testing and successful therapy.
- Monitoring sleep therapy to ensure effective treatment.
- Performing initial set-up on oxygen for clients being discharged from a health care facility.
- Performing regular follow-up assessments for clients on oxygen.
- Participating in an on-call component.
- Driving and travel to complete responsibilities.
