About The Position

Mercyhealth has an exciting full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant opportunity to join our excellent Sleep Medicine team at the Harlem Clinic in Freeport, Illinois. This is an outpatient clinic-based practice with 32-hour work weeks, allowing for flexible scheduling. The role involves developing long-term relationships with patients and improving their quality of life through the treatment of sleep disorders. Responsibilities include a combination of new patient consultations, follow-up care, and collaborative involvement in sleep study review and interpretation.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited NP/PA program
• Hold an active state APRN/PA license
• Skilled at providing exceptional care
• The ability to communicate clearly and work as a member of a team

Responsibilities

• Outpatient clinic-based practice
