Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
- A knowledge of HACCP Process (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points).
- Experience with email communications.
- Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Ability to withstand extreme hot/cold environments.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

- Beef products knowledge is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring carcasses and the processing aids used in the slaughter process.
- Checking spray nozzle patterns.
- Titrating organic acids.
- Visual inspections of product.
- Monitoring sanitary dressing.
- Speaking with production personnel.
- Assisting with sampling.
- Performing pre-operational environmental inspections.
- Other duties as assigned.
