We seek an enthusiastic, organized, and hard-working Slate Agent to join our growing online and in-person customer-facing sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a startup company and shape its future. You will act as the authentic voice of Slate, the very front-line of the organization both in-person and virtually, and partner closely with your Manager to achieve shared goals. You will partner with your Manager to lead teammates, special projects, and develop relationships with our prospective clients through an educational approach, paying close attention to detail, and earning the customers' trust and business. You will manage a pipeline and guide customers through the purchase journey, driving conversion from fandom to ownership. The ideal candidate will carry with them a deep sense of responsibility for each individual’s experience with a focus on responsiveness, transparency, and following through on commitments. Communication skills, both written and verbal, are of utmost importance. A high level of self-awareness and a strong natural curiosity to learn would help set the great apart from the good.
