About The Position

As a SkyBridge Attendant, you are responsible for welcoming guests, checking tickets, answering resort questions, and assisting guests with any needs that may arise on The World's Largest Timber-Towed Suspension Bridge! Requirements

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have achieved a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• You are energetic, outgoing and able to interact with guests
• You enjoy working outside in various weather conditions
• You are available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
• You possess excellent communication skills
• You would enjoy a customer service focused position
• You are comfortable making decisions in emergency situations

Responsibilities

• Helping with the flow of bridge traffic
• Monitoring scanner gates at the bridge
• Monitoring weather changes
• Assisting guests in crossing the bridge when necessary
• Enforcing safety policies for guests
• Contacting Safety Team when necessary
