About The Position

This position is responsible for handling cash transactions, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the Sky Grill, taking and delivering orders in a friendly and enthusiastic manner, stocking supplies, working collaboratively with team members, providing fast and efficient service, reporting to work on time in proper uniform, and adhering to all policies and procedures set forth by the gaming establishment. The role also involves serving menu items according to casino standards and performing other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Great customer service skills
• Be able to count change back to a customer
• Above average oral communication skills
• Excellent customer service
• Problem solving capability
• Ability to maneuver in the casino
• Visual acuity to observe and react to handle customer questions and complaints.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for 7 1/2 hours per day.
• Have good dexterity in fingers, to be able to hold and manipulate product or machinery.
• Be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to stretch, bend, kneel, twist and reach.
• Must be able to taste, feel, smell, see and be able to read, write and speak basic English
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Must be able and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work cash drawer and be held responsible for cash shortages.
• Keep Sky Grill clean and organized at all times.
• Take orders and deliver orders in a timely, friendly and enthusiastic manner.
• Stock all food and paper supplies.
• Work side by side with team members.
• Provides friendly, fast and efficient service.
• Report to work on time, on scheduled days in proper uniform.
• Follow all P & Ps set forth by the gaming establishment.
• Serve menu items according to casinos recipe standard.
• Show in appointed uniform.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
