Skincare Therapist
About The Position
Gene Juarez is hiring a Skincare Therapist for its Lacey location. The role requires a Friday–Sunday schedule and involves providing customized facial and waxing services while contributing to a high-quality guest experience. Compensation is commission-based, with commission bands determined by skillset and relevant experience, plus tips. Employees may also earn retail product commissions under program guidelines. Initial onboarding and ongoing training hours are paid at $18.50 per hour. The position offers access to continuing education, product and service discounts, and benefits. Full-time employees and qualified dependents may participate in medical, dental, vision, and basic life and AD&D insurance plans. Employees may also participate in flexible spending accounts, elect long-term disability insurance, and enroll in the company 401(k) plan. Part-time employees may enroll in the 401(k) plan. During the first year, employees accrue one hour of PTO for every 30 hours worked.
Requirements
- Active Washington State esthetician or master esthetician license.
- 1–2 years of active experience in customized facials and waxing services.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Expertise in tailoring product recommendations to individual needs.
Responsibilities
