Under limited supervision, this role facilitates technical, regulatory, or manufacturing training curriculum. The instructor may be involved in course design and existing course enhancements in conjunction with Sr. Technical Trainer or Instructional Designer. This position supports training at all GAC facilities as required. The primary focus is on conducting classroom and practical training to support Manufacturing and Repair Stations in the build, maintenance, and repair of Gulfstream aircraft, including structures, avionics, composites, torque, Click Bond, Permaswage, regulatory and safety training. The role also involves ensuring training materials meet objectives and standards, identifying and verifying technical accuracy for course development, monitoring information sources for changes to training programs, and interfacing with various departments to ensure comprehensive and timely responses to training issues. The instructor will act as an internal consultant on training and work process issues, visit departments periodically to promote understanding and cooperation, and update training records. Additionally, the role involves ensuring equipment is functioning properly, training facilities are maintained, promoting a safe training environment, and cross-training to teach other courses as needed.
