About The Position

This is a full-time, hourly position. Shift(s) Available: 1st Shift 6:30am-2:30pm, Monday – Friday. Must be available for overtime if needed. Must be flexible with hours/shifts, travel may be required to other ADM facilities. Requirements

Class B CDL is preferred

Participate in company planner operations training
Able to lift and transport materials and equipment weighing up to 40 pounds on a frequent basis, up to 55 pounds on an occasional basis and up to 55 pounds overhead.
Able to traverse up to two (2) miles during the course of a work day.
Able to move about or to a work site by stooping, bending, kneeling or squatting frequently during the course of a work day.
May require periods of prolonged sitting or standing.
Able to operate equipment or diagnose / detect issues of machinery that may be located at different heights.
May require work on ladders, scaffolding or other work at heights or in confined spaces.
Requires a full range of physical motion in order to operate manual and electrically powered tools and electrical test equipment, to move throughout the facility, including climbing stairs in all buildings, and to work at heights.
During the regular work shift the employee may be required to talk or hear
ADM requires the successful completion of a pre-employment background check.

Nice To Haves

General mechanical aptitude is preferred
Experience with reconstruction efforts a plus.

Responsibilities

Work as part of a highly trained crew responsible for reconstruction work to ADM’s elevator infrastructure.
Must obtain DOT certification, valid CDL preferred.
Operate Vac Truck
Perform work on a variety of Ariel suspension and lift systems.
Work as a member of a crew that is responsible for providing rescue response in the event of confined space rescues and rope rescue efforts.
Must be highly motivated; demonstrate a focus on safety, and an ability to perform duties in extreme conditions, hot, cold, dusty, and noisy environments.
Interact regularly with peers and management to pursue continuous improvement of facility operations and promote a teamwork focused environment
Communicate with team/shift employees concerning proper operation of equipment, changes in flow rates or processing capabilities safety concerns, product quality issues and maintenance issues
Understand and adhere to ADM's Safety, Environmental Compliance and Food Quality and goal of achieving a zero-injury culture.
