Essel is looking to add hard-working and reliable skilled trades professionals to their team. You will participate in a variety of construction projects throughout the Bay Area. Many of our best performers earn opportunities to work on bigger projects with more pay!
Requirements
- Related experience is required, from trainee to journeyman level.
- Reliability and dependability is a must.
- Willingness to undertake training if necessary.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a variety of construction projects throughout the Bay Area.
- Perform carpentry, including rough framing, interior and exterior finish, and punchlist work.
- Work with concrete.
- Perform drywall installation, patching, texturing, and touch-up.
- Engage in electrical work.
- Conduct facilities maintenance.
- Perform painting tasks.
- Work with millwork.
- Engage in steel work.
- Fulfill other specialized roles as needed.
