The role involves a variety of tasks ranging from everyday repairs and handyman work for rental properties to full renovations and remodels. The ideal candidate is experienced, capable, dependable, and willing to learn, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality.

• Experience in general construction, handyman work, remodeling, electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, flooring, carpentry, or similar trades is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform everyday repairs and handyman work for rental properties.
• Complete full renovations and remodels.
• Troubleshoot, problem-solve, and work independently.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate professionally with customers, tenants, and property managers.
• Maintain a clean work area and stand behind the finished product.
• Learn and grow within the company.
