About The Position
Skilled Tile Finisher for commercial projects throughout the Indianapolis market and surrounding areas. This position is focused on the finishing side of tile work — grouting, detailing, caulking, punch work, cleanup, and ensuring the final product meets high-quality standards before turnover. We are looking for someone who can work independently, stay productive throughout the day, and help keep projects on schedule. Leadership qualities are a plus, but not required.
Requirements
- Previous commercial tile finishing experience required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and pride in finish work
- Must have own tools
- Reliable transportation and attendance
- Ability to work in active commercial construction environments
- Leadership qualities and crew experience are a plus
Responsibilities
- Grouting and finishing commercial tile installations
- Caulking, detailing, and final touch-up work
- Completing punch-list and closeout items
- Cleaning and polishing finished tile work
- Assisting with layouts, cuts, and prep as needed
- Maintaining daily production and jobsite expectations
- Communicating professionally with field leadership and other trades
- Ensuring finished work meets company quality standards
