In this role, you will make an impact by delivering reliable hands-on support to manufacturing by skillfully operating tools, machinery, and specialized equipment with minimal supervision, keeping production running smoothly. You will maintain a strong safety culture by identifying hazards, using proper PPE, following HSE protocols, and speaking up immediately to prevent injuries or incidents. You will contribute to environmental responsibility by recognizing how your work affects resources and actively reducing waste, energy use, and negative impact. You will uphold high quality standards by following technical documentation, performing precise inspections, and ensuring workmanship meets or exceeds expectations. You will improve equipment reliability by performing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance while helping analyze downtime and failure trends. You will support operational efficiency by identifying constraints, solving problems, and contributing ideas that streamline processes and reduce costs. You will strengthen team performance through clear communication, collaboration with peers and support teams, and active participation in improvement initiatives like TPM. You will grow your impact over time by continuously building your technical skills, completing training, and taking ownership of both your performance and the success of the operation.
