About The Position

We are seeking a dependable, professional, and hardworking individual to apply spray-on roofing coatings at residential and commercial properties. The position offers specialized training, a company truck, and the opportunity to develop valuable trade skills. The ideal candidate is comfortable working at heights, confident climbing ladders and working on roofs, takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates well with property owners, and can manage daily assignments independently. The employee reports to the company’s Catonsville location each morning, picks up an assigned company truck, and travels to scheduled job sites. Training is provided in the company’s roofing coating application process, equipment operation, and job procedures. Employees must be properly trained and equipped before performing roof work. Pay is $24–$29 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, practical skills, professionalism, and ability to work independently. Benefits, overtime, paid time off, and other employment terms will be discussed during the hiring process.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Ability to pass a company background check.
Comfortable climbing ladders and working on rooftops at various heights and slopes.
Physically capable of performing outdoor manual labor in varying weather conditions.
Professional appearance, strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to follow instructions, learn specialized application techniques, and work independently with limited supervision.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Nice To Haves

Roofing, construction, painting, spray application, mechanical, or general labor experience; experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Prepare roof surfaces and apply spray-on roofing coatings according to company procedures and quality standards.
Climb ladders and safely access and work on roofs of varying heights and slopes.
Operate, clean, and maintain spray equipment, tools, and materials.
Report to the company’s Catonsville location each morning, pick up an assigned company truck, and travel to scheduled job sites.
Complete daily assignments safely, efficiently, and professionally.
Communicate courteously with property owners and represent the company positively.
Maintain a clean, organized truck and properly secure tools and materials.
Report completed work, material usage, unexpected roof conditions, and equipment issues to management.
Follow applicable safety procedures, including ladder safety, fall protection, and proper handling of coating products.
