About The Position

Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Texas RN license
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and manage patient visits
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Perform skilled nursing visits according to each patient’s plan of care
- Provide wound care, medication administration, and IV infusions
- Assess patients and monitor changes in condition
- Communicate patient needs and progress with the care team
- Complete required clinical documentation
- Coordinate care with patients, families, and providers
