Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience
- Experience in ER, Med-Surg, acute care, or similar settings
- Active RN license in good standing
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and manage patient visits
Nice To Haves
- We serve Medicaid and private-pay patients, so NO OASIS documentation is required.
Responsibilities
- Complete skilled nursing visits and patient assessments
- Provide wound care, medication administration, and IV infusions
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patient progress and changes in condition
- Communicate with physicians and the care team
- Complete required clinical documentation
- Travel between patient visits
