About The Position

Quad is hiring Skilled Print Operators across multiple Wisconsin facilities. We are looking for experienced professionals ready to make an impact in a variety of pressroom roles, including Offset Press Operators (Web & Sheetfed), Digital Press Operators, First & Second Press Operators, and Die Cutter Operators. Requirements

2–3+ years of print operator experience (setup and operation)
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work safely in a fast-paced production environment
Basic computer skills for production systems and quality checks

Offset Presses: Harris, Heidelberg, Goss, Manroland
Sheetfed Presses: KBA, Heidelberg, Komori
Digital Presses: Indigo, Ricoh, FUJI, Landa
Die Cutters: Bobst (Expertcut, Spanthera, Vision Cut)
Experience with other equipment will also be considered.

Responsibilities

Set up (make-ready) and operate press equipment
Maintain color quality and mechanical accuracy to meet standards
Monitor production quality and make real-time adjustments
Lead and support crew members to meet production goals
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting
Complete production documentation and reporting
