About The Position
Under the direct supervision of the Facilities Manager, the Skilled Maintenance Operator is responsible for all aspects of the equipment operation, inspection and maintenance, as well as daily documentation in maintenance logs. May be required to drive between multiple campuses as needed. Will be working with electrical, HVAC, plumbing. Will be required to be on call.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (relevant experience in lieu of education will be considered)
- Ability to read and write English
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Valid Texas Driver’s license
Nice To Haves
- Completion of technical courses
- 3 years previous hospital facilities maintenance experience
- Stationary engineer, boiler certification, HVAC, or other applicable trade certification or license with experience
- Universal EPA license
