About The Position

Under the direction of the Building Operations lead, maintains areas related to the maintenance and repairs of the community. Participates in the On-Call rotation for the Community.

Requirements

2 years’ experience in building maintenance such as electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling, painting, patching.
Must be familiar with tools and equipment relevant to the position.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office or applicable software.
Must possess a valid Colorado State Driver’s license in good standing.
Must possess excellent customer service skills.
Must be able to read, write and speak the English language

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of HVAC preferred.
Knowledge of Life Safety, OSHA, MSDS and Healthcare regulations, preferred.
Database experience in Computerized Maintenance Management System such as PMworkx preferred.

Responsibilities

Responsible for diagnosing problems and making repairs on equipment, machinery, plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical systems.
Responsible for completing community work orders and ensuring they are done in a timely manner for employees and residents.
May perform and logs fire drills in the Community on a monthly basis. Ensures fire extinguishers are in good repair and filled and currently dated.
Under the direction of the Facilities Services Director, ensures the overall compliance and documentation of the Community as it relates to the maintenance function.
Assists with snow removal, room renovation, and grounds maintenance.
Other duties as assigned.
