About The Position

This full-time position is in Cargill’s protein and salt business in Fort Morgan, Colorado. The Skilled Machine Operator operates production equipment and supports a sanitary, safe, and compliant work environment. Available shifts are 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. Compensation is $24.00 per hour. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis because the job is posted monthly. Relocation reimbursement is not included.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment, augers, and pre-breakers.
• Maintain the cleanliness of floor scrap combos inside and out after loading.
• Assist with and monitor augers.
• Ensure safety and compliance.
• Perform essential housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and shoveling, in challenging conditions to maintain a sanitary and safe environment.
