Ledcor Construction is looking for a motivated and reliable Labourer to join our Building Services Team in Vancouver. In this role, you’ll take on a variety of restoration, repair, and finishing tasks in both residential and commercial settings. Working under the direction of the Foreperson, you’ll collaborate with your teammates to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Requirements

1 - 3+ years of experience in residential or commercial restoration or renovation projects
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Technically adept with strong problem-solving and learning skills
Intermediate First Aid and Transportation Endorsement, WHIMS, and Fall protection certification (completed or willingness to obtain)

Nice To Haves

Applicants with experience in stainless steel renewal, stone restoration, weather protection, glass scratch restoration, window sealing & mullion repair will be given preference

Responsibilities

Perform general labour and repair duties
Sink, bathtub, countertop, and cabinet repairs
Flooring, tile, drywall, and paint touch-ups
Wall and doorway repair
Deficiency walk-throughs and reporting
Damage prevention and site maintenance
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment for the crew, public, and client
